DESCRIPTION:Blame it on the weather. This is to be a fair-weather tree-ID w
 alk only and it is likely to rain all day on the originally scheduled Nove
 mber 7\, so it has been rescheduled to November 14. Join Nina Shoroplova f
 or a morning of identifying trees at Shaughnessy Park (the park was once k
 nown as The Crescent)\, Shaughnessy\, Vancouver. Two trees in particular a
 re quite stunning in October because of the loveliness of the colour of th
 eir leaves. Cross your fingers that the leaves have not all fallen by the 
 date of our walk. All tree lovers are welcome\, including beginners. The r
 oute we will take is flat\, making the walk easy. The walk will be limited
  to twenty or so participants. Plenty of free parking around the park. Bus
 es run regularly on Granville Street\, not far away. Please preregister by
  email to Nina Shoroplova. We will send detailed information about our sta
 rting location and the trees we expect to see just before the event. Pleas
 e arrive fifteen minutes early to sign Nature Vancouver’s waiver forms.\
