The Last Chapter: A Farewell to Main CelebrationSaturday, October 17, 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Celebrate the closing chapter of the Main Library with fellow library lovers at this time capsule event. The Guelph Public Library is preparing to move to its new Central Library location in early 2027, a milestone that means leaving behind the old Main Library. We will commemorate the 1965 Main Library building by opening a time capsule that was previously installed at the main entrance. Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in guided tours throughout different of the Main Library. No registration is required.
