No long-term commitment, no pressure. Our drop-in yoga classes let you pay as you go—join one week, skip the next! Whether you arrive solo or bring a friend, you’re always welcome. Reserve your spot up to 23 hours in advance and decide each week if it fits your schedule. Flexibility meets mindfulness. Discover the calming power of Yin Yoga in our newest drop-in yoga class! Unlike more active styles, Yin focuses on slow, meditative postures held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently release tension and the mind to find stillness. This practice targets deep connective tissues, improves flexibility, and encourages relaxation—making it the perfect complement to the more dynamic yoga classes we already offer. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to balance your existing practice, Yin provides a restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind. Come unwind, recharge, and explore the benefits of stillness with us. Please note there will be no program offered Thursday May 7th.
