Buy ticketsLucas Mason is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter from St. Catharines, Ontario, who is quickly emerging as one of Canada’s most promising new voices in the intersection of the country and folk realms. Raised in a musical family, he developed his sound early on – first learning piano, guitar, and vocals, while building a strong foundation in songwriting driven by experience-driven storytelling. In 2024, Lucas was randomly summoned on stage by Zach Bryan at a Toronto concert. His impromptu performance of "Heading South" went viral – reaching over 15 million views on social media – and introduced his natural and undeniable stage presence to a global audience. Since that formative moment, Lucas has been focused on building a distinct sound powered by raw authenticity and emotional honesty while drawing continued inspiration from Zach Bryan, along with Tyler Childers, and Bob Dylan. Through eight singles and his debut EP (2025's Almost 18), Lucas has connected deeply with a new generation of listeners in Canada and abroad, while earning radio support from North Americana on SiriusXM to go along with editorial playlist cover slots from Spotify ("North Country"), Apple Music ("Canada's Country" twice), and Amazon Music ("Just North of Nashville"). On stage, Lucas has built clear momentum, performing at major festivals including Misty City Music Festival, Big Valley Jamboree, North of Nowhere, and Sauble Beach Party to go along with notable stages like the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Halftime Show and The Horseshoe Tavern. With his newest single "Take My Time" setting the stage for his upcoming self-titled album, Lucas is taking his rising industry profile in stride while remaining true to his artistic honesty.Instagram | Facebook | Spotify | Apple Music
