- Cost: Open runs: no fee listed. 12-week fall clinic on the same runs: $150 in person
- First visit: Runs leave right from the shop at 860 King St W. The store's Strava club calls these open group runs. The same Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday runs also serve the store's paid 12-week fall clinic, which has training groups for all levels and is led by a certified run coach.
