Cost: Free
First visit: Free and open to all, no experience needed. Use the side doors between the two parking lots at Trillium Lutheran Church (plenty of parking at the back; signs are posted). The evening runs 7:00 to 8:30 pm with breathing, beads and kirtan chanting, then tea and vegan treats until 9:00.
