Neighbourhood running group that meets every Monday at 5:30 pm year round at Clair Lake in Beechwood for a roughly 5 km run at your own pace, followed by tea and conversation. Beginners and families are welcome.

- Meet at Clair Lake in Beechwood (enter from Shakespeare or Amos/Marlowe) for a social run of about 5 km at your own pace, with shorter and longer routes on offer.
