- Register with parkrun once and bring a scannable copy of your barcode, or you will not get a time. Park in the upper lot and allow at least 15 minutes to walk down the short, very steep hill to the start, which is on the main Lower Fort Ward trail just north of the vault toilet; afterwards the group has coffee at The Marketplace at Pleasant Beach.
