• First visit: Classes are drop-in, so there's no need to register. Pay at the door by cash or debit. Each class stands on its own, and you don't need any experience or special clothes. The centre is at 203-143 Wyndham St N.

About this event

A drop-in meditation class that opens with a guided breathing meditation and a practical teaching. Then there's a second guided meditation and time for questions. No experience needed and no need to register. $15 at the door, free for members.
