About this event

Join us on Wednesdays for an outdoor walk of 1500 steps and Thursdays for an outdoor walk of 10,000 steps. Lace up your shoes or strap in your feet. Let's move with permission from our doctors. We walk from the library to Centra Villa Dr SW on Wednesdays and towards Greenbriar Mall on Thursdays. Your 10,000 steps may be different based upon stride so turn around once you get to 5,000 steps to complete the walk.
