Before you go

First visit: A women-only social run of 4 to 5 km at a chatty 'yap pace', billed as beginner-friendly. Meet at Runners' Choice Waterloo on Erb St. E. for the 6:00 pm start every second Wednesday; the store's events page shows the next date. The collective also hosts other social runs, posted on its own calendar.
From the organizer's public calendar at runnerschoicewaterloo.com. Check there before you go.
